📲 Check-in can be done easily online, including the tourist tax payment, or directly in person.

🤝 I will personally welcome you, so I kindly ask you to let me know your expected arrival time to help me plan accordingly.

🏡 When you arrive, I'll show you the apartment's facilities, share some useful tips about Pisa, and hand over the keys.

Early access is only possible if there are no departures on the same day.

I will be able to confirm this the day before your arrival, after checking availability and cleaning times.

If available, it will be offered at no extra cost.

If you plan to arrive after the standard check-in time, I’ll be happy to welcome you personally at no extra charge.

I just kindly ask you to let me know your expected arrival time in advance, so I can organize everything to welcome you at best.
