Before your arrival, you will receive a personal Smart Link to access the house independently. Please do not share it with anyone outside your group, as it is reserved for the guests included in the booking.

The apartment is located on the second floor. There is a small lift, which is very convenient for carrying luggage. If you use the stairs instead, it may feel as if you are going up to the fourth floor: this is completely normal, because the building has mezzanine levels that can be misleading.

The apartment door is easy to recognize: it is the only one with a numeric keypad installed outside.

In your Smart Link, you will find two buttons:

The first button opens the main entrance door of the building through the Ring system.

The second button opens the apartment door.

After pressing the button for the apartment door, please wait for the bolt to finish unlocking. When you hear that the lock has been released, simply push the door open.

If the door does not open on the first attempt, press the button in the link again, wait until you hear the bolt unlocking, and then push the door open.

The apartment door is equipped with an automatic lock: every time the door is closed, the system locks it again automatically.

To leave the apartment, press the button on the internal lock device. After the lock has been released, the handle will work normally and you will be able to open the door.

Once outside, simply close the door behind you. The lock will close again automatically.

It may happen that, while opening or closing the door, the sensor mistakenly detects a closure and locks the door again. In this case, there is no problem: simply press the button on the internal device again to unlock the lock, then close the door normally.
